Jenni Davey
Jenni Davey lives on Banks Peninsula, on a rural property overlooking Akaroa Harbour. She is a professional cellist, performs in the Tresoli Piano Trio and teaches cello in Christchurch.
Jenni began working with silver at the Silversmiths Guild in Christchurch and later persuaded Peter McKay to let her spend some time in his Akaroa workshop. The inspiration for her range of native bird brooches, pendants and earrings comes from the kereru, tara, fantails... that she sees around her home every day.
The Kiwi2go online store has grown from the realisation that it was time to start selling her own work and has expanded to include work of friends and peninsula resident artists.
